The CREAMER Fund (Community Resource Equipment And Medical Equipment Reserve Fund) is a registered UK charity based in Essex that provides advanced medical equipment, resources, and community healthcare initiatives. It operates in close partnership with the Freshwell Health Centre in Finchingfield, Braintree, to deliver local health services that are often not funded on-site by the NHS.
