What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a blanket and yoga mat if you would prefer to lie down during the session.
If you have an eye cover or sleep mask, bring it with you. Blocking out light can help deepen the experience.
Please bring your own drink. Tea, coffee and some light refreshments will also be available afterwards.
