About the Event
Heather is a hypnotherapist, sound healer, reiki master, crystal therapist and oracle card reader.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a blanket and yoga mat if you would prefer to lie down.
If you have an eye cover or seep mask, bring it with you. Blocking out light can help deepen the experience.
Please bring your own drink. Tea, coffee and some light refreshments will be available afterwards.
