About the Event
Floral design or flower arrangement is the art of using plant materials and flowers to create an eye-catching and balanced composition or display. Evidence of refined floristry is found as far back as the culture of ancient Egypt.
Wethersfield Floral Art Group celebrated its Ruby Anniversary in 2015 marking an amazing achievement for a small village organisation. The club meets on the last Wednesday of the month (except for August) in the village hall at Wethersfield at 8pm for demonstrations of flower arranging and sometimes to show members how to have a go themselves and see what they can create. Visitors are welcome.
